CROSSFIT
This is our main program. CrossFit is primarily focused on improving General Physical Preparedness; being ready for anything at any given time. Programming is made up of elements from Gymnastics, Weightlifting/Powerlifting, and Endurance movements. A typical day will consist of a warm up, skill or strength work, WOD (workout of the day) and then a cool-down. CrossFit is a great program for any individual looking to get in shape. Any of the movements and workouts can be scaled and modified to work for all fitness levels. One important factor that sets CrossFit Can-Do apart from the standard fitness center or gym, every member is professionally coached and advised.
CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS
Foundations is our popular two-week, 6-session, one-on-one training, typically offered on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7am & 6 pm. In this course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your Foundations course. You’ll practice perfect form on the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of each class.

CROSSFIT KIDS
For ages 6-12. CrossFit Kids main focus is on helping the kids develop a lifelong love and appreciation for exercise. We develop foundations for exercises used in CrossFit and teach kids proper movement patterns and teamwork. We require a minimum class size of 5 participants.
CROSSFIT TEENS
For 13-18 years old. This program focuses on athletic development to help teenagers excel at any sport of their choosing. Teens will train in the CrossFit standard, but will focus more on maximizing speed, power and strength. This is a great choice for an off season training option or as a complement to the teens sports training.
OPEN GYM
Open Gym is the time for you to work on any specific lift or workout. Want to just spend some time and get a good cardio workout in? Come on by for our Open Gym hours! No set WOD, but you will have the space to work on the lifts you want. Open Gym time runs during normal operation hours and from 4pm to 8pm.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Reserve time for a one-on-one private training session with one of our coaches. Work on technique, form, or just getting over that personal barrier and hitting your new PR!
NUTRITION PROGRAM
Work with a professional on your personal nutritional and dietary needs. There isn’t one “cure-all” for everyone, so talk with a trained nutritionist on what your body needs to release consistent energy and burn fat!
